The vision of this project is to enable and empower government school students (specifically girls) to pursue a career in STEM. The mission of this project is to empower school governance system to motivate, enable and facilitate girl students in pursuing higher education in STEM Organizations. The objective of an NGO working for education like United Way is to make school governance systems functional as per RTE norms. Capacitate STEM teachers to explore and use advanced STEM Teaching aids. Strengthen STEM teachers to motivate girls in taking up STEM education in India.

ABOUT United Way of Hyderabad
Founded in 2010, United Way of Hyderabad (UWH) is a non-profit volunteer led organization, that supports and mainstreams the socio-economically underprivileged communities of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.UWH maneuvers its effort in building community-based and community-led solutions that strengthen the foundations of a good life: education, financial stability and health.
All our programs are developed and customized post need analysis of the communities we serve. We are registered as a Society under Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act 2001 and are legally compliant with 80G, 12A & FCRA.
