She is also an international examiner for the University of Cambridge, U.K., IDP, Australia, and an education consultant for British Council, India, community colleges of Sinclair, USA, and Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Chitra Sood is currently with Google Cloud India in Product Operations & Strategy, following two decades at Microsoft's India Development Center, where she was a foundational employee. At Microsoft, she held various roles, including Chief of Staff for Azure Global Engineering and Director of IDC Business Management. She focused on employee engagement, academia partnerships, and CSR initiatives. Chitra's experience spans HR operations, finance, and administration. She was previously the administrative head at Hutchison Max Paging in Hyderabad. Chitra is a director at United Way of Hyderabad, co-founder of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Complex Choices, and holds a CS and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

At Deloitte US India, Viraj Malhan serves as the Office Management Director for Hyderabad, with extended responsibilities across all pan-India locations. As the Deloitte USI Tax Practice Leader, Viraj brings a wealth of expertise in tax specialization, including workforce mobility and family succession planning. Additionally, he is a Gender Priority Co-Sponsor, advocating for gender equality within the organization. Viraj is also a key member of several high-level committees, including the Executive, Management, Operating, and Risk/Compliance Committees, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring operational excellence across Deloitte's India offices.
