Vindhya Rani Bhandari is a Post Graduate in Rural Development Management (RDM) from National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad. She has worked with GESBI, ICICI and Dell International Services before switching gears towards the development sector and obtaining a Masters in RDM from NIRD in 2009. She has worked both with the Corporates as well as in the Development sector. She was part of project designing while working with Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes co-operative Finance Corporation Ltd.
